About
ChinaLabelCheck is an independent document-review service run by Lee, founder, based in Dalian, China.
We are not a government agency, certification body, customs broker, or law firm. This is a document review service, not a regulatory determination, and it cannot guarantee customs clearance or regulatory approval. The overseas exporter and manufacturer, as well as the importer, have responsibilities under applicable Chinese food safety laws. Our review does not replace those responsibilities.
We commit to an item-by-item review within the agreed scope and delivery time.
FAQ
What exactly do you review?
Chinese label content for prepackaged foods: product name, ingredient list, allergen declarations, date marking, nutrition panel, claims wording, and the overseas manufacturer's applicable registration number — item by item against GB 7718-2025 and GB 28050-2025.
What do you need from me?
Current label artwork, full ingredient list, nutrition data, your GACC registration number if you have one, and a link to your product page if public.
What if no major issue is found?
You receive a report stating that no material gaps were identified within the scope of the review.
Can I upgrade from the Diagnostic to the Full Package?
Yes. The $99 Diagnostic fee is credited in full toward the $299 Full Label Package for the same SKU.
Does this guarantee customs clearance?
No. A document review cannot guarantee customs clearance; the relevant authorities make the final decision.
Does this cover cross-border e-commerce imports?
